본 대회 참가 신청을 위해 필요한 개인정보 수집 및 활용에 대해 다음과 같이 안내드립니다.

개인정보 수집 목적 (Purpose of Collection) 본 대회는 참가자의 등록, 대진표 작성, 대회 운영 및 공지사항 전달을 위해 개인정보를 수집합니다.

- 이름, 생년월일, 연락처(전화번호 및 이메일), 주소, 소속팀 및 기타 대회 운영에 필요한 정보.

개인정보의 이용 및 보유 기간 (Retention and Usage Period) 수집된 개인정보는 대회 종료 후 1년간 보관되며, 이후 관련 법령에 따라 안전하게 파기됩니다.

법적 책임 면제 (Legal Disclaimer) 본인은 대회 참가 시 발생할 수 있는 부상, 사고, 및 기타 건강상의 문제에 대해 대회사 측이 법적 책임을 지지 않음을 이해하고 동의합니다. 참가자는 본 동의서의 모든 내용을 충분히 숙지하고 명확히 이해했음을 확인하며, 이에 따라 자발적으로 참가 신청을 진행합니다.
참가자 동의 본인은 상기 내용에 대해 충분히 이해하였으며, 대회 참가를 위해 개인정보 수집 및 활용, 촬영 및 활용 동의, 그리고 법적 책임 면제에 동의합니다.
Consent for Collection and Use of Personal Information for Competition Participation
We inform you of the following regarding the collection and use of personal information required for competition participation.

Purpose of Collection Personal information is collected for participant registration, preparation of match brackets, competition management, and notifications related to the event.

Personal Information Collected
- Name, date of birth, contact information (phone number and email), address, affiliated team, and other relevant information needed for the competition.

Retention and Usage Period The collected personal information will be retained for up to one year after the end of the competition and will then be securely disposed of in accordance with applicable laws.

Use and Third-party Sharing Personal information will be used solely for the purpose of competition management, including creating match brackets. It will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

By signing up for the competition, the participant confirms that they have fully read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this document.
Participant Agreement I have fully read and understood the above information and agree to the collection and use of my personal information, consent to photography and videography, and release the organizer from legal liability.
